Objective: To observe changes in liver function in the early stage after thermal injury and potential role of hepatic sinusoid endothelial cells ( SEC) in development of liver dysfunction.

目的：观察大鼠烫伤后早期肝功能变化及肝窦内皮细胞（SEC）在其中的作用。

As one of hepatic non-parenchymal cells, sinusoidal endothelial cells ( SECs) constitute the wall of hepatic sinusoid, receive the blood flow mechanical stimulation directly and maintain the normal hepatic microcirculation.

肝窦内皮细胞（Sinusoidal endothelial cells，SECs）作为肝脏非实质细胞之一，是肝窦壁的组成细胞，直接接受血流等力学刺激作用，其结构与功能可维持正常的肝脏微循环。
